TL;DR: Great quality work and excellent customer service, with one significant ordering mishap that Shaun took full responsibility for and went above and beyond to make right. We’d hire Green Exterior again and would recommend them. We hired Green Exterior to build an enclosed patio with a Sunspace 4-track window system, extend our concrete patio, and build a wall enclosure to hide our trash/recycling bins. Everything was going well and within the timeframes provided at the time of contract signing, even with our changes to the project (additional concrete pour). We had the patio cover completed and were waiting on our Sunspace windows and door. We expected these to arrive 6-8 weeks after the patio cover was installed. Well, I was following up with them regularly, and after 12 weeks had passed, finally, Shaun researched it and called to inform me that he had never ordered the windows. Shaun took full responsibility and ownership of the situation, which I fully respected since he could have told us a lie about the vendor or blamed someone else on his team. Shaun took care of us with some upgrades and additional materials to really make our patio even better, as well as helped us out on pricing to get our entire house power-washed and repainted. Once Shaun ordered our Sunspace system, the materials arrived within 6-8 weeks and were installed the next day. We appreciate everyone we worked with throughout this process, and aside from the ordering mishap, this was a painless, smooth project from start to finish. We would hire Green Exterior again for the quality of their work and the integrity Shaun and his team showed in handling the mishap.

Overall our patio turned out wonderful! A great addition to our house to provide much needed shade and an escape from the bugs at night. Upon completion of the job, everyone was super friendly and very accommodating stating that we should just call if we have any issues that pop up with the patio. We were able to get someone out relatively quickly about a year later for a minor screen repair which we greatly appreciated! Unfortunately, we have been very disappointed with the follow through after this initial screen repair. While we had someone on site for the screen repair, we brought up a larger concern addressing a foundational column shifting too far causing additional cracks & preventing our door to close. We were told that is not the case for typical settling from the structure and that they will pass the information along. After a prolonged waiting period, we reached out and finally had someone come out to look at it (almost another year later) which also included him stating that this is not right and needs to get fixed. We have proceeded with this issue resulting in us having to be the ones to continuously reach out to get this problem addressed. This company states they are “delivering exceptional craftsmanship and unparalleled customer service to every project” and are hoping they will see their own statement through sooner than later. Review will be updated if/when malfunctioning foundational column gets fixed.

My experience with Green Exterior Remodeling has been superb. The communication, and commitment they have to their clients is professional, clear and effective. Dean, has been on top of everything, and I would absolutely recommend him and his company to anyone.

I chose Green Exterior Remodeling for the restoration of our thirty year old 1,200 sq ft deck. I was impressed from my first contact with this organization. From the owner to the team that carried off the old deck debris, every person was professional and customer focused. They were considerate of our property and exceptionally skilled with the composite decking we chose. Communication was exceptional throughout the project. I had put off this project for years as I simply did not want to deal with the construction, that was a mistake, GXR made the project stress free. We are thrilled with the final result and are we already considering our next project with Shaun and the team at GXR.

There are moments in my life in which I felt I made the right choice, and choosing Green Exterior with Chris and his crew is one of those moments. From the vision to the beginning and end of the project the staff at Green Exterior was with me every step of the way. Second to none when it came to professionalism, respectful customer service, open communication, dedication, and willingness to incorporate my vision into their professional skills, knowledge and experience. There was never a time when I felt uncomfortable or doubted the outcome of the project. Five stars doesn’t give justice for when they should receive a ten star rating. My family and friends look forward to spending more quality time outside in the beauty and comfort of our well built enclosure.
