There are moments in my life in which I felt I made the right choice, and choosing Green Exterior with Chris and his crew is one of those moments. From the vision to the beginning and end of the project the staff at Green Exterior was with me every step of the way. Second to none when it came to professionalism, respectful customer service, open communication, dedication, and willingness to incorporate my vision into their professional skills, knowledge and experience. There was never a time when I felt uncomfortable or doubted the outcome of the project. Five stars doesn’t give justice for when they should receive a ten star rating. My family and friends look forward to spending more quality time outside in the beauty and comfort of our well built enclosure. I chose Green Exterior Remodeling for the restoration of our thirty year old 1,200 sq ft deck. I was impressed from my first contact with this organization. From the owner to the team that carried off the old deck debris, every person was professional and customer focused. They were considerate of our property and exceptionally skilled with the composite decking we chose. Communication was exceptional throughout the project. I had put off this project for years as I simply did not want to deal with the construction, that was a mistake, GXR made the project stress free. We are thrilled with the final result and are we already considering our next project with Shaun and the team at GXR.

We recently had a sunroom built, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From the beginning, the Team were professional, communicative and very helpful with everything discussed. The project completed on time, the crew were detailed and kept the area clean and they made the process very smooth. My wife and I after contacting a couple of other remodel/construction companies chose Green Exterior Remodeling based on customer interaction from Green (James) Exterior Remodeling who showed us what the possibilities were and a close neighbor and friend who couldn't say enough good things about them. Green did not let us down. They (Jose and crew, Angel, Bob, Kevin and Shaun too) transformed our old worn out deck with a new timber tech screen porch and new concrete patio and sidewalks! Excellent quality, superb workmanship and on time communication throughout the entire process and construction phase! My husband and I live on a golf course in South Charlotte and we wanted a sunroom added on the back of our house. Bryan Understein came, heard our concerns, and captured our vision beautifully. We then hired Green Exterior Remodeling to build it. Chris Gray, the project manager, made sure every detail was perfected to our liking. We recommend this fabulous company!
