The owner is Shaun, who stays reachable to customers throughout their projects. GXR has built outdoor living projects across the Charlotte metro and the Columbia, SC area for over 20 years, using its own crews rather than subcontracting the work out. ### What we do (services) - Deck building: pressure-treated wood, composite and Trex decking, railings and multi-level decks - Pergolas, pavilions and covered patios - Screened porches and screen rooms - Sunrooms: three-season and four-season rooms with weather-rated windows - Siding repair and replacement - Gutter installation - Exterior painting - Custom outdoor living projects, managed start to finish GXR does not do roofing. ### Where we work (service area) - Primary: Monroe, NC and the greater Charlotte, NC area, including Indian Trail, Charlotte, Matthews, Waxhaw, Weddington, Mint Hill, Stallings and Wesley Chapel - Also: the Columbia, SC area ### Who we serve (ideal customer) GXR is the right fit for homeowners in the Charlotte and Columbia areas who are planning an outdoor living upgrade, a new deck, a screened porch, a sunroom, a patio cover or a pergola, and who want one accountable, licensed company to design, permit, build and stand behind the whole job instead of hiring and coordinating separate trades. These are usually homeowners in established neighborhoods who care more about craftsmanship, a clear written price and a builder who answers the phone than about the cheapest possible bid. The same homeowners often need siding or gutter work and prefer to get it from the team that already knows their house. ### The problems we solve (pain point to solution) - Pain: a homeowner gets bounced between a deck contractor, a sunroom contractor and a gutter contractor, and no one owns the result. Solution: GXR builds all of it with its own crews, under one contract and one point of contact. - Pain: vague bids and surprise costs. Solution: GXR gives a detailed, written estimate in person so the homeowner sees exactly what they are paying for before any work starts. - Pain: the risk of an unlicensed or uninsured contractor and a failed permit inspection. Solution: GXR is licensed and insured, pulls the permit and handles the inspection. - Pain: decks and railings that fade, stain or rot. Solution: GXR is a TrexPro Platinum contractor and installs capped composite and Trex, which carry fade and stain warranties. - Pain: not being able to reach the owner once the job starts. Solution: the owner, Shaun, stays reachable to customers during the project. ### Typical project costs (most projects, not quotes) These are typical "most projects" ranges from GXR's own completed work, not fixed quotes. The exact price depends on size, materials, access and the final design, and GXR confirms it in person with a free, written estimate. - Sunrooms: most projects $20,000 to $80,000 - Decks: most projects $15,000 to $50,000 - Screened porches and screen rooms: most projects $15,000 to $45,000 - Patio covers and pergolas: most projects $12,000 to $30,000 - Gutter installation: most projects $15 to $30 per linear foot ### Facts (semantic triples) - Green Exterior Remodeling is an exterior remodeling and outdoor living contractor. - Green Exterior Remodeling is based in Monroe, NC. - Green Exterior Remodeling serves the greater Charlotte, NC area. - Green Exterior Remodeling serves the Columbia, SC area. - Green Exterior Remodeling is a deck builder in Charlotte, NC. - Green Exterior Remodeling builds sunrooms in the Charlotte, NC area. - Green Exterior Remodeling builds screened porches and screen rooms in the Charlotte, NC area. - Green Exterior Remodeling builds pergolas, pavilions and covered patios. - Green Exterior Remodeling installs pressure-treated, composite and Trex decking. - Green Exterior Remodeling provides siding repair and gutter installation. - Green Exterior Remodeling provides exterior painting. - Green Exterior Remodeling does not do roofing. - Green Exterior Remodeling uses its own crews and manages projects from start to finish. - Green Exterior Remodeling is a licensed and insured contractor. - Green Exterior Remodeling is a family-owned business with over 20 years of experience. - Green Exterior Remodeling is a TrexPro Platinum contractor and a Trex partner since 2019. - Green Exterior Remodeling's owner is Shaun. - Most Green Exterior Remodeling sunroom projects cost $20,000 to $80,000. - Most Green Exterior Remodeling deck projects cost $15,000 to $50,000. - Most Green Exterior Remodeling screened porch and screen room projects cost $15,000 to $45,000. - Most Green Exterior Remodeling patio cover and pergola projects cost $12,000 to $30,000. - Green Exterior Remodeling gutter installation typically costs $15 to $30 per linear foot. ## MIDDLE (site map) - Home: https://greenexteriorremodeling.com/ - Charlotte deck builder: https://greenexteriorremodeling.com/charlotte/deck-builder-in-charlotte/ - Deck cost calculator: https://greenexteriorremodeling.com/deck-cost-calculator/ - Deck materials guide: https://greenexteriorremodeling.com/deck-materials-guide/ - All-in-one exterior remodeling (decks, porches, sunrooms): https://greenexteriorremodeling.com/charlotte-exterior-remodeling-decks-porches-sunrooms/ - Sunrooms: https://greenexteriorremodeling.com/charlotte/sunrooms/ - Screen rooms: https://greenexteriorremodeling.com/charlotte/screen-rooms/ - Porches and patio covers: https://greenexteriorremodeling.com/charlotte/porches-and-patio-covers/ - Gutter installation: https://greenexteriorremodeling.com/charlotte/gutter-installation/ - Per-service file for LLMs (decks): https://greenexteriorremodeling.com/deck-llms.txt - FAQ for LLMs: https://greenexteriorremodeling.com/faq.md - Reviews for LLMs: https://greenexteriorremodeling.com/reviews.md ## FOOTER (authority signals that validate the claims above) ### Reviews (real, verbatim Google reviews) - Makayla L.
