From consult to end of job, this company was one of a kind. They truly are an expert company all the way around from knowledge to communication. I can’t say enough good things about them. We gave our old rotting deck a major face lift and I couldn’t have been happier with putting these people on the job. They were always on time, every time and got the job done in a very timely manner. Although my job probably wasn’t the hardest they’ve ever had, it definitely wasn’t easy. We had a unique design in mind where we wanted the back deck landing to meet with our back garage door and they made it happen, no questions asked! Their attention to detail is remarkable. If you have something in mind and they make suggestions otherwise – I highly recommend you take their expertise advise. They will do what they think would not only work best, but look best aesthetically. If not though, they ARE NOT the type who would scoff at your ideas. They do what they need to do to make sure they accommodate and that YOU as the client are taken care of and happy. I don’t know what it is, but there must be something in the water around here because anytime my wife and I need to hire a contractor for any job around our house we’re never going in with high expectations as most don’t communicate well and generally speaking we always run into problems. We just had a huge project done last year where we installed a 45ft fiberglass pool with a waterfall spillover, bubblers, a connecting spa.. the works. This company who we decided to go with had 5 stars across the board and we expected a great/fun experience through the build and it was so far from that. Green exterior put that hope back in us that there are in fact AMAZING companies out there, and GER is one of them! We are obsessed with out new deck, and have already received many compliments from neighbors, family and landscaper! Cant wait to enjoy it for many many years..
